We understand that sometimes things change and you may need to return your order. That's why we set-up a no-hassle return policy for you.
Within 30-Days period from the delivery date any customer who is unhappy with the order is able to return it according to our Terms of Service. Please see steps below to ensure a swift, no-hassle return process.
Step #1 - Contact our Customer Support Team via firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate the return. Please provide us with your Full Name, Email, Order number, Return reason and Name of the product you would like to return so that we could look up the order and determine whether the order meets our return conditions.
Step #2 - If your order meets our return conditions, a unique link to our returns form will be provided by our Customer Support Team. After receiving the link, please follow the instructions and enter the requested information. After receiving the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number and Return address, please re-pack your product safely and securely into a box or envelope. Please attach the provided RMA form in a visible place on the packaging. Please note that unauthorised parcels (without RMA forms being visible on the packaging) will be refused by our warehouse and returned back to you. All products shall be returned in unused, brand new, manufacturer condition, in original packaging, with all their components and accessories included.
Step #3 - Send your package to our provided Return Address and enter the tracking number of the returning parcel in your unique return link. Please note that return shipping fees will not be refunded or compensated for, you would be responsible for shipping and delivering it back to us. Furthermore, returns without tracking numbers will be refused by our warehouse, please make sure to use registered mail or other trackable shipment method.
Step #4 - Once we receive the returned products and inspect them, we will issue a refund within 14 days. Please be noted that except when you are returning a defective item:
(a) your returned shipping fees will not be compensated by us;
(b) for all non-EU customers we will apply a 15% restocking fee;
(c) for all EU customers the restocking fee shall be applied only if you decide to return your purchased products after 14 days from receiving the products but not later than within 30 days. These amounts will be deducted from the total amount of the refund.
Once refund is issued, it normally takes up to 3-5 business days for the refund to be shown in your bank statements. The refund will be sent back to you to the original source of payment that you used to pay for the order.
* Please be advised that all returns must be authorised with a unique RMA number and be sent to the Return Address provided by Customer Support Team. If you will send your order to other address, refund will not be issued. *
